A postpartum exercise course designed to take you from delivering your precious bundle to feeling ready to enter into whatever type of exercise you enjoy most. From breathing techniques to bodyweight exercises, we'll learn how to engage our pelvic floor during movements, properly engage our Transverse Abdominis to avoid/help heal Diastasis Recti, support our back and pelvis, and get stronger. We'll learn how to reconnect with our bodies after we've nurtured and grown a baby for nine months!
