Motherhood is demanding — you’re growing a whole human, nourishing babies, chasing and lifting children, while juggling household tasks, especially after a toddler tornado has come through — the list is endless! Our desire is to help moms strengthen their bodies so they can carry their babies (both inside and outside the womb!) with strength, stamina, and smiles.

- I'm a fitness instructor with a decade of experience
- I was a gymnast for twenty years — ending my career with four years as an NCAA, All-American gymnast for the University of Alabama!

I’ve personally learned so much from four vastly different birth experiences including an unplanned c-section, a “natural” VBAC, and two home births (Read more of my story here.)

Our bodies are resilient. amazing. capable of nurturing and bringing forth a whole human being. Every pregnancy and postpartum IS different, but there ARE ways that we can help our bodies and work with them, or work against them. Using my knowledge and experience both professionally and personally, I've created a course to help Mamas return to exercise safely.
