Hey, I’m Rachel!

Wife, mom to four, former NCAA All-American gymnast, experienced fitness instructor, and certified pregnancy and postpartum specialist.

There can be so much to consider in those early postpartum weeks, and it’s a lot to navigate! It is such a beautiful, vulnerable, and sacred time. I understand, and I would love to walk with you through a postpartum specific exercise program designed to support your core and pelvic floor.

D E T A I L S

6 Weeks || 3 Days Per Week || 15-25 Minute Videos

  • (That's how it's designed, but you can obviously do it however best fits your schedule and recovery!)
  • We will learn several breathing techniques that help you engage your core and pelvic floor.
  • We will transfer these techniques to exercises engaging your hips, glutes, and core - all things supporting your pelvis.
  • We will gradually move into general bodyweight exercises while engaging your core and pelvic floor properly to build strength and stability.
  • By the end, you will feel confident and prepared to enter back into whatever kind of exercise you enjoy most!

This Course Is For You IF:

  • You want to start exercising postpartum but are unsure about the "dos and don'ts" after birth
  • You're experiencing pelvic instability, diastasis, or signs of prolapse like urgency, vaginal pressure, or a feeling of bulging/heaviness
  • You are struggling to feel connected with your core, maybe your abs feel like mush, and you want to feel strong, energetic, and healthy down the road
  • You feel pretty strong and good, but you want to enter back intentionally because you know your body needs more time to heal so that you can STAY strong, energetic, and healthy down the road

What Started as a Zoom Class...

My sisters and I all live in different states. Two of them had babies, were in pelvic floor therapy, and wanted to get back into exercising. They would text me questions, I would send them tips and videos, we'd FaceTime, and this went on for awhile. Finally, they suggested we do a Zoom class with a few of their friends! We called them Living Room Lives - complete with baby noises and overflowing laundry baskets in the background. The guidance and accountability was so helpful for them, and they encouraged me to create something that they could repeat after future births and share with friends. Thus began the long journey to create an online postpartum class. I've now been helping women through pregnancy and postpartum in person and online for five years, and I would be so honored to walk alongside you and share in your beautiful journey of postpartum and motherhood!
